Veronika Decides to Die... in a Vince Cardigan Pt 2

Sarah Michelle Gellar can be seen wearing two Vince cardigans, in the film Veronika Decides to Die. The first one is a lantern sleeve cardigan and the second is a ruched cardigan.

At the begining of the film, Sarah wears the Lantern sleeve Cardi. This can typically be found on Ebay by simple searching for a Vince Cashmere Gray Cardigan.

In the rest of the film, Sarah appears to be wearing the Vince Ruched cardigan in a light gray. This one can occasionally be found on Ebay and is also made of cashmere. As you can see, the sweater has a ruched detailing down the center and neckline area and has 3/4 sleeves.

Veronika Decides to Die... in a Vince Cardigan

In the film Veronika Decides to Die, Sarah Michelle Gellar appears to be wearing a lantern sleeve cardigan by Vince. It seems fitting for the main character to wear designer apparel while trying to over dose on pills. No one wants to be found lying in their own vomit while wearing a sweatsuit from the clearance rack at Walmart. Nobody!

The details of the cardigan see to all match up. Also, the sweater was sold in stores around 2007, which fits with the timeline of the production of the film since it wasn't released until 2009.

It's hard to get a really good look at the sweater in the film, but from the shots I've seen, it looks like Vince.
