Buffy's Season 2 D&G Leopard Cami

As you may know, it is QUITE difficult to find screen accurate tops worn on the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. But one of the easier Buffy items to find is the D&G leopard cami she wears in the season 2 episode Ted.

The top is cotton and leopard print. There are similar tops, by D&G, but the one Sarah Michelle Gellar wears has a keyhole tie near the neckline.

 

Sarah Michelle Gellar Loves Betsey Johnson

In a 90's photoshoot, Sarah Michelle Gellar can be seen wearing Betsey Johnson. The oufit is either an altered Betsey Johnson slip dress with a slit cut up the skirt and a cami over the top portion. Or SMG is simply wearing a skirt version of the lotus print slip. Either way, it is super cute!

The dress is from the Betsey Johnson New York line, has floral print, has adjustable straps and is made of Rayon.

Sookie Stackhouse Merlotte Shorts Identified

For those looking to make their Merlotte's uniform completely authentic looking, the teeny weenie, black shorts Sookie wears with Merlotte's uniform is by Old Navy.

The costume department bought a whole bunch of the shorts at the start of season 1 for Anna Paquin to wear throughout the seasons. The shorts, of course, are not easy to find, but here is a glance at the details for those interested in finding it.

BCBG Maxazria 2004 Silk Halter Search Tips

One of my favorite dresses, Sarah Michelle Gellar has worn, is this silk halter by BCBG Maxazria. So gorgeous! Despite being 10 years old, the dress pops up now and again on auction sites.

The easiest way to find it is to search for the words "BCBG" "Silk" "Halter" and "Dress". And I also click the "preowned" box in the search.

I've had the best of luck with those key words. When a dress is silk, the seller usually likes to put that in the headline. It makes it easier to narrow down the search. I've found this dress on four different occasions by using those key words.

Buffy's Top from 2.16 Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered

In season 2 episode 16 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy can be seen wearing an adorable brown cami by Rozae Nichols. The top is a silky velvet with leather straps and has a cowl neckline.

Buffy: "Sorry to say, Xand, slaying is a tad more perilous than dating."

Xander: "Well, you're obviously not dating Cordelia."

Btvs: Anya's Betsey Johnson Top

Betsey Johnson makes a reappearance in the season 5 episode 6 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The adorable knit tank top, that Anya wears, is by the designer.
